Overview

"SuperDesigner" is a parametric design software independently developed by PollyPolymer Technology. It is useful in designing and generating lightweight and optimal porous structure models based on the three-dimensional solid counterparts. It also provides various model creative modeling tools specifically designed for our ultra-high-speed 3D printing technology, aiming to build a bridge between designer creativity and ultra-high-speed 3D printing technology.

Application Example

Shark 4D Slippers

Designed based on ergonomic principles, the heel curve of the shoes fits the human heel perfectly. After wearing them, the force can be evenly distributed, providing better support and relieving fatigue. The shoe body is designed with a lattice pattern, allowing total design control over the lattice density and the diameter of the support columns in the porous model. This ensures that the shoe is more comfortable and elastic, with thicker and more prominent contours on the 东华大学alsides and wider lattice in the middle.

Dophin 4D Sports Recovery Slippers

Dophin 4D slippers are designed for sports recovery. They are made of high-polymer elastic material, providing excellent slip resistance and durability. The slippers feature a dolphin-inspired design, with a smooth and skin-friendly texture for comfortable wear. The parameterized lattice design enhances breathability and provides powerful cushioning and rebound, so that it can truly help to achieve sports recovery and fatigue relief.

3D Printed Massage Cushion

A massage cushion independently developed by PollyPolymer Technology.

This massage cushion adopts ergonomic principles in accordance to the daily work and life needs of the human body while incorporating 3D printing lattice design. The cushion uses 3D printed elastic polymer materials to produce a hollow structure, which has good breathability and comfort. Our designer borrows unique Chinese classical elements combined with traditional Chinese massage techniques to generate a highly technological 3D style product. Meanwhile, the designer adjusts the support of different functional areas to fulfill multiple support requirements. Each key functional area has a different partition support design to ensure that the cushion is soft and comfortable as well as having good functionality.

3D Printed Football

For the Dinghui Sports Innovation Incubation Project, the company launched a 3D printed football with breaking-through design to meet the changing consumer trends. Traditional footballs use hot-pressing, hot-bonding technique and a multi-layer structure for adhesives, which requires twelve processes and needs to be inflated to have elasticity. The 3D printed football uses a lightweight lattice structure, so that it does not require excessive processes, and does not need to be inflated. Also, the surface of the 3D football can be personalized. Finally, it is made of polymer elastic material, which has excellent strength and elasticity, bringing a new and refreshing experience to football sports.

Ubunnys Yuxiaotu X-ONE W 3D Printed Shaver

W stands for "Water", and the design inspiration comes from the intangible and flexible nature of water, which is transformed into the flexibility, smoothness, and adaptability of the shaver. The overall shape is like a gathering of water flowing upwards and spraying out the shaver head! With a light press, the shaver head pops out like a carp leaping over the dragon gate, providing a smooth and refreshing experience when changing the shaver head. The smooth lines of the shaver body come from the designer's countless model structure adjustments to restore inspiration, material upgrades, and process optimization, bringing excellent touch along with amazing shaving experience.
